Deigned by Kay Bojesen towards the end of the 1940s, this cheerful boy skier with bobble hat and mint green tunic is named Boje after the artist's son, Otto. The boy skier’s equally colourful companion is named after Otto’s wife whose nickname was Datti. Originally only produced as a small series, the original wooden figurines are now very rare. but the series has been re-launched by the respected Danish Rosendahl Group in order to bring joy to another generation of collectors around the world.
